Participation

• Participate in the competition by:
  • 1. Click on link through Digital Goodybag e-mail or TNW app
  • 2. Leave contact details on https://www.polestar.com/nl/polestar-and-shift
  • 3. Agree to Terms & Conditions when subscribing
• The competition starts on October 1st and ends on October 11th 2020, 12PM CET time. The winner will be notified by e-mail before October 30th 2020.
• To participate in the competition, you must be over 25 years old, and will need to have a valid Dutch drives license for 5 years, and accept the rules of the competition.
• By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Employees of Polestar cannot participate in the competition.

The prize

• 1 winner will win a one weekend long test drive with a Polestar 1. Dates are to be agreed and checked with Polestar in advance.
• The winner will be contacted after the competition finishes, and the prize will be sent to the winners after confirmation of contact details and drives license check.
• It is not possible to exchange the prize or parts of the prize for cash or for other property.
• Eventual taxes or other mandatory fees (such as profit tax) that might occur by accepting the prize will be covered by the winner.

Competition

• We have the right to disqualify contestants that do not follow the terms of the competition.
• The winner will be contacted via e-mail as soon as possible after the competition is closed.

Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected out of all TNW Couch Conference attendees that have participated on https://www.polestar.com/nl/polestar-and-shift meet the requirements and meet the requirements as listed under ‘Participants’

Privacy and rights

• The competition is administered through https://www.polestar.com/nl/polestar-and-shift and we will not process any personal data about you during the competition. If you win, the information you provide about yourself (personal data) in connection with administrating the prize will be processed in accordance with Polestar’s Privacy Policy.

• By submitting your contribution in the competition, you transfer the copyright to the contribution to Polestar Performance AB. This means that all rights to your contribution ends and that Polestar Performance AB may use your contribution, or parts of it, in any way, without limitation in time in its normal business, and in accordance with the relevant applicable laws. By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to irrevocably waive all moral rights in the contribution.
• Polestar Performance AB does not take responsibility for any technical difficulties or problems that may affect either the submission of the contribution, the notification to the winners or the final result of the competition.
• Polestar Performance AB has the right to cancel this competition at any time, for any reason.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to Polestar Performance AB.

Limitation of liability

• Insofar as permitted by law, Polestar Performance AB, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
